Citibank, N.A. seeks a Human Resources Generalist Lead for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Deliver a broad range of Human Resources (HR) services to client groups within Citi’s LATAM employee populations. Advise LATAM managers on key processes related to talent review, succession planning, diversity, talent development, and performance management. Deliver HR objectives and implementation across employee lifecycle. Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues by using HRIS system, Case Management System and ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed. Collaborate with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions. Coordinate with HR Partners and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of global priorities and life cycle processes. Work with HRA global partners and regional HR Generalists to ensure consistent communication, process and delivery of HR solutions. Coordinate and consult with in-country HR partners to deliver regional activities in employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, employee development, compensation and benefits, education and training, and termination packages. Conduct job evaluations and promotions for assigned LATAM businesses by considering the Delegation of Authority and criticality of candidates. Lead and initiate corporate projects and train new team members. Assess business decision risks by considering the company’s compliance and applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as impact on its clients and assets for LATAM countries. Manage the end-to-end business reorganization process and restructuring review for all LATAM countries. Conduct structures analysis review with LATAM regional business heads by using the Restructuring Managed System.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in any field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Human Resources Generalist, Compensation and Benefits Intermediate Analyst or a related position involving delivery of comprehensive HR services for LATAM employee populations within a global financial services institution. Six (6) years of experience must include: Workday and ServiceNow; Global Data Warehouse 2.0, Workforce Inquiry Framework; Local employment and local labor regulations of Costa Rica, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, Panama, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Trinidad and Tobago, Honduras, Jamaica, Bahamas, Haiti, Venezuela, and Puerto Rico; Learning Managed System, Equity Compensation Data Warehouse; and Procured to Payment, Business Required Managed System, Restructuring Managed System.
