Human Resources Coordinator (Sanford) Job at CPH

Due to our rapid growth, CPH has an opening in our Sanford, Florida office location for the following position:
Human Resources Coordinator
with at least 2 years of experience within the Human Resources field. The selected candidate will be required to work out of our Sanford office.
Hiring Bonus of $1,000 for selected candidate!
Duties Include
- Provides general administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Prepares and coordinates new hire orientation materials for incoming employees.
- Processes background screens and coordinates start dates with hiring manager.
- Prepares offer letters and sends for review.
- Assists with tracking leaves of absence, terminations, and new hires.
- Assists with maintaining HR files and records including filing and scanning.
- Updates ads for open positions and provides to recruitment team for posting. May assist with reviewing resumes to evaluate qualification of applicants.
- Updates requisition tracking document with open roles, pending roles, and offers made.
- Collaborate with recruitment team on coordinating career fair logistics for the spring and fall.
- Assists with other HR responsibilities and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Takes the initiative, self-motivated.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Flexible to tasks with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented.
- Qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of experience within the Human Resources field.
- An Associate degree with a minimum of a year experience working in Human Resources is preferred.
