A high-growth, established company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with the corporate HR team and field business leaders to implement HR initiatives aligned with the organizations’ strategic objectives.

The HRBP will develop strong internal relationships and provide professional guidance and support to leaders and other team members within the organization. This role is a ‘turnaround’ role, where key responsibilities include being a change agent that fosters a work environment in a field office driving strong morale for both employees and leaders. This role will provide HR coaching and support in the areas of performance management, change management, organizational effectiveness and employee relations.

This role will report to the CHRO, with oversight from the local onsite business leader.

Primary functions:

Culture Driver: Fosters a work environment which engages employees and generates positive energy and results.

Problem Solver & Creative Thinker: Ability to solve problems and think creatively, including designing and delivering HR programs in partnership with the corporate HR team, to effectively address business issues.

Employee Relations: Serves as primary contact for leaders and employees related to concerns, responding in a timely manner. Conducts investigations as needed and make recommendations based on findings/facts. Collaborates with HR leadership and inside counsel as needed to address complex or highly sensitive issues.

Compensation & Benefits: Participates in leading annual salary, bonus/commission process with field leadership. Collaborates with corporate HR to drive participation in annual benefits enrollment processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP, Preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience preferred or equivalent relevant work experience, and strong business acumen
  • Proven high level HR skills including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.
  • Ability to design and deliver HR programs to effectively address business issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a matrix environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
