Day in life as a Human Resources Manager:
- Manages accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, and collection activities in the facility
- Supervises assigned personnel by established policies and procedures.
- Manages communication with payroll processors for changes or errors
- Manages census activities including daily, weekly, and monthly balancing with the nursing and admissions departments
- Produces reports for analysis purposes as needed

Requirements to join the team:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in third-party billing Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial
- Computer skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
