Position Summary:

Harbinger Health, Inc is seeking a highly motivated HR Associate Director/Director to provide HR leadership and primary HR support services to our teams in the following areas: strategic staffing, organization development, employee relations, and generalist support. The position requires strong collaboration with leaders, managers, employees, and the Head of HR. As the primary site Manager, you will provide and ensure the delivery of HR programs and services including talent acquisition of key positions, talent development and succession planning, employee experience and engagement, inclusion, diversity & equity, HRIS implementation and management, total rewards management, record-keeping and compliance, performance management and employee relations. This is a hands-on role for an innovative, thought-leader capable of building trust and earning credibility at all levels within the organization. It is a complex fast-paced environment where collaboration and agility are embraced. You will use business acumen, industry knowledge and Human Resources expertise.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate, coordinate, and integrate with all team members regarding the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to immediate and future needs.
  • Administers and executes human resource programs including but not limited to payroll processing approvals; employee benefits administration; total rewards, performance management; disciplinary matters including investigations and terminations; rewards and recognition, occupational health, and safety; and learning and development initiatives.
  • Build and manage a best practice on-boarding and off-boarding experience for new hires
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to drive strategic recruitment activities including job description creation and internal and external benchmarking best practices
  • Manage visa sponsorships and work permits
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal/compliance requirements related to employees' day-to-day management, reduce legal risks, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance
  • Develop and lead our culture committee to implement rewards & recognition initiatives, DEI&B, community focused initiatives, and internal team building activities as well as employee events.
  • Implement an HRIS system in partnership with the Head of HR and daily management of chosen system.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree required; a human resources professional certification preferred
  • 5+ years' experience as HR Generalist or Business Partner required
  • Demonstrated ability to research and keep the organization informed of best practices for managers, supervisors, leaders, and employees using outside resources, vendors, associations, etc.
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills with ability to build credible partnerships with leaders, managers, HR colleagues and employees across the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks/projects and changing/competing priorities
