A 140 year old nonprofit organization headquartered in Boston, our client provides direct care as well as research/consulting services within the areas of the Mental Health and the Criminal Justice/Public Policy field. Our three divisions, Social Justice Services, Community Strategies, and the Crime and Justice Institute are recognized for their effectiveness and contributions to this important work.

The HRIS role oversees and maintains the growing number of HR, Recruiting and Payroll technologies used by the department. This team member will need to be familiar with recruiting and HR processes and responsibilities but is highly technical working to maintain HR and recruiting technology systems. This role interfaces directly with other departments including IT and finance. Hybrid schedule working 2-3 days out of downtown Boston location.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Familiarity with payroll and HR functional areas such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and performance management strongly preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
