What you’ll be able to do:

• Review Investigation files
• Review complaints of employment discrimination and harassment
• Provide recommendations on next steps for PMIT
• Help prepare, track and maintain appropriate investigation documentation
• Develop and execute investigation plans
• Maintain U.S. hourly comparators related to employment discrimination cases
• Partner with HR (including the on-site labor relations team) to ensure proper handling and disposition of cases
• Analyze case activity aligned with Early Warning Indicators
• Foster an effective, inclusive work environment/culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values
• Conduct other duties as necessary to comply with EEO regulations, and other internal and external policies and directives

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience

Our preferred requirements:

• Prior experience specifically conducting EEO/harassment or other investigations
• Ford Motor Company HR experience
