Masis Professional Group is seeking a Receptionist - Bilingual in Fredericksburg PA for a 40-hour/week contract position (hourly, no benefits). This position is a combination receptionist role with Human Resources responsibilities along with Spanish/English language skills and driver's license required with 6:30am start time each day so you're home shortly after 3:00pm!

Responsible for maintaining confidentiality employee records and files in compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations. Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of Human Resources department responsibilities and objectives

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm

Salary: $18 per hour, 40 hour week

Receptionist/HR Responsibilities:

1. Serves visitors and employees by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

2. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

3. Maintains telecommunications systems.

4. Informs employees by answering or referring inquiries

5. Directs employees by maintaining employee and department directories

6. Maintain application records and files and correspond with interviewed applicants as necessary. Maintain applicant flow data.

7. Maintain employee badge system parking pass list.

8. Take employee pictures and make badges.

9. Maintain spreadsheet of active badge and parking assignments

10. Maintain a current locker assignment listing. Issue lockers to employees.

11. Respond to requests for verifications of employment.

12. Assist with planning, coordinating and implementation of employee events such as company picnics, service awards and employee appreciation functions, etc.

13. Maintain Birthday Candy Program

14. Post open jobs internally and track internal position bids.

15. Coordinate internal candidate interviews with hiring manager as appropriate.

16. Assist in the hiring process by conducting hourly production interviews and orientation as requested. Schedule and coordinate applicant drug screening.

17. Perform other related responsibilities, as needed, to support FreeBird business objectives.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

· 1 - 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources administrative role or receptionist

· Exceptional oral and strong written communication skills

· Knowledge of HRIS; ADP Enterprise preferred.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.

· Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

· Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other MS Office programs, and company- specific software.

· Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work as part of a team and support management directives.

· Ability to be flexible and work as a teamplayer.

· Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Reliable and predictable attendance.
