Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Deshler, NE
Compensation: 17+/hr.

Job Function:
Information management:
- New hire paperwork.
- Benefits management.
- Data entry.
Onboarding:
- SWAG.
- Orientation.
- 30/60/90 day follow up.
- Systems setup.
People management:
- Assist in team building activities.
- Assist in talent acquisition.
- Alert HR management to any staff concerns.
- Work with management to improve work relationships and company morale.
Required Skills:
Self Sufficient: You will not know everything. That being said, you will need to be comfortable trying to figure somethings out while also having the humility to ask for help when you can’t find the answers.
Organized: Not only do you need to keep your work organized you need to help facilitate work between different parties.
Personable: We are in the people business. You need to be great at working with others.
Tested: Demonstrate to us that you can handle what is being asked.
Computer literacy: Comfortable with a wide range of software programs.
Desired Skills:
HR related experience.
- Great verbal and written communication.
- Ability to lift 20+ pounds occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
