General Description: The Human Resources File Clerk is responsible for maintaining personnel files and retrieving records as needed and ensuring the files and supply are well organized. Ability to work in a fast high volume department in a friendly and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- File all paperwork in a quick and organized manner in alphabetical order Create new files as necessary Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests
- Locate and remove files when requested
- Place materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes, bins according to classification and identification information.
- Scan or read incoming materials in order to determine how and where they should be classified or filed. Sort or classify information according to content, purpose alphabetical or numerical order.
- Track materials removed from files in order to ensure that borrowed files are returned.
- Clean and maintain file & storage space.
- Fax and photocopy files
- Ensure files are accessible in the corresponding area
- Ensure no materials in the file are lost
- Be able to explain the filing system to others
- Assist with retrieving building supply and stock according.
- Stock copy machine with paper
- Cover VTC Receptionist duties Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook
- Type minimum 45 WPM Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Ability to multi-task and handle large quantities of work
- Must work well with deadlines
- Quick learner
