• Ensure and maintain compliant employment files and records accuracy (e.g. W-4, I-9, Direct Deposit, etc.)
• Manage and solve complex employee relations issues
• Identify HR trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational goals
• Manage HR administrative support to senior leadership and franchise employees
• Fulfill all hiring needs through a comprehensive and robust recruiting program including participating in career fairs
• Contribute to 90-day and annual reviews with all franchise employees
• Additional duties as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
• At least 2 years of overall business experience as an HR Generalist
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications preferred
• Demonstrated strength in effective recruitment, communication, and collaboration

• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 30 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
