HR Assistant Job at Senior Helpers Wine Country
Objective: Assist in caregiver onboarding and training;Keep all caregiver files and credentials current, meet state criteria and internal policies.
Reports to: HR Manager
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
· Continuously keep the caregiver’s physical and electronic file is complete with all updated and necessary documentation
· Maintain and update all caregiver files in accordance with state regulations. Monitor licensure expiration dates and follow up to ensure caregivers are in compliance. Coordinate and verify that all caregiver skill assessments are complete, file the form, and record electronically in ClearCare software.
· Driving may be necessary in order to go meet caregivers
· Orientate, prepare, train new caregivers
· Maintain and update caregivers’ trainings
· Maintain all employee files
· Assisting scheduling team if needed
· Other HR works assigned by HR Manager
Qualifications
· Experience in customer service
· Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures related to the in-home care industry
· Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses inter-personal skills, able to multi-task and work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
