Seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support the HR Team. This role is in-office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks to support HR.
  • Handle confidential information for candidates and employees.
  • Assist with recruiting and scheduling.
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings.
  • Manage all onboarding and new hire paperwork and projects
  • Professional presentation to external candidates.
  • Responding to emails and document requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Some experience with HR administrative duties.
  • Excellent presentation and in-office required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe PDF, payroll and HR management systems, web and video conferencing.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
