As a Part Time HR Admin Assistant you will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in welcoming applicants and visitors.
  • Facilitate account specific assessments to the applicants.
  • Assist applicants to the hiring manager’s interviews.
  • Conduct promotional activities to drive employee referral programs.
  • May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and other HR related reports.
  • Assist with engagement activities.
  • Assist in scanning confidential documents/information.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of admin related experience.
  • Can work 20 hours per week between 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Can work onsite.
