Keep all soap, towels, deodorant, toilet tissue, feminine product, and seat cover dispensers supplied and filled (supplies to be provided by your firm or by Sides Commercial Cleaning at an extra charge).
Scour and disinfect commodes, urinals, and basins.
Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and surrounding areas; sweep and wet mop with a clean odor-free mop and sanitize restroom floors.
Clean and polish sinks and faucets.
Clean counter space surrounding sinks.
Clean and polish bright metal work (paper towel dispensers, tissue holders, etc.).
Clean and sanitize stall partitions in restrooms.
Clean mirrors.
Clean and sanitize break rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes: tables, chairs, counters, cabinets, sinks, inside and outside of microwaves, outside of refrigerators.
Clean and sanitize drinking fountains with approved antibacterial cleanser.
Empty all inside wastebaskets, replacing liners, and place waste material in containers for disposal.
Empty recycle containers located throughout the building into the appropriate recycle bins.
Report all improperly operating drinking fountains, lights, doors, locks, sinks, and toilets, e.g., clogged drains, leaking, or non-operational.
Vacuum all high traffic areas, including but not limited to halls, lobbies, office entries, and waiting areas, using a heavy-duty commercial vacuum cleaner.
Vacuum all carpeted floors, mats, and stairways (if applicable).
Dust mop or sweep all tile floors (hard surface floors).
Wet mop tile floors (hard surface floors).
Dust desks, counters, and tables (not disturbing paperwork).
Dust office furniture and furnishings.
Dust ledges, sills, and rails.
Dust shelving, pictures, and wall plaques.
Dust all window blinds as needed.
Dust all air vents, registers, and heat returns, as needed.
Remove all cobwebs from ceiling and corners, as needed.
Clean entrance glass doors.
Disinfect touchpoints with approved disinfectant products.
Wash marks, grime, dirt, and accumulated soil from walls, door frames, and kick plates.
Wash cloth towels and yellow dust mop heads as needed, or at least once per week - either wash at home or return to office and exchange for clean rags. Blue mop heads must be disposed of and replaced regularly.
Keep janitorial storage rooms clean and organized.
Keep an accurate inventory of chemicals and equipment in the janitorial supply closet. Supplies can be requisitioned from Sides' office when needed.
