Noodle Express is looking for strong leaders to join our company. We are hiring shift leaders and supervisors in Spokane.

Our employees are our greatest resource- we treat them well and pay them well. Our hourly supervisors (All hourly employees) benefit from a generous tip pool- it will add $5 to $7 an hour extra to your base wages- we can show you!

Our hourly supervisors set the example in all areas of the restaurant. They excel at customer service and always put the customer first and drive fellow employees to do the same. They treat everyone in the restaurant- employees, customers, and guests- with respect and kindness. Our supervisors work through the direction of the General Manager, to support the restaurant operations to achieve success in guest service, sales, costs, employee retention, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Supervisors are trained to perform at least 2 out of 3 roles: Cashier, Line Cook, and Prep Cook. If you have experience in one or more of these areas and are a natural leader, we want to talk to you!

Job requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent basic mathematical skills
• Accurate money handling and operation of point-of-sale system
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
• Able to walk quickly; stand for up to 3 hours continuously; bend, twist, and move without restriction; frequently lift to 50 pounds
• Current health card issued by Spokane County
• Excellent communication skills with customers and employees
• Must clear a background check
