Hotel Maintenance Technician Job at La Quinta Inns & Suites
This is an entry-level maintenance position for a well-respected and growing company. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and prior maintenance experience working on both mechanical and electrical components of machinery. A successful technician will be required to troubleshoot issues, repair broken equipment, install new equipment and be able to follow company safety protocols to decrease the possibility of workplace accidents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the building's appearance and structure.
- Maintain all electrical components in the building.
- Maintain all plumbing, heating, and cooling systems in the building.
- Maintain all security and surveillance systems in the building.
- Maintain all office equipment in the building.
- Maintain all doors and windows in the building.
- Maintain all structural components and architectural features in the building.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
