Position Summary

The Gravity Haus Hauspitality Marketing Manager is the ultimate embodiment and advocate for Gravity Haus and all Gravity Haus brands.

The Hospitality Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the in-haus paid media function for Gravity Haus hotel locations + F&B outlets. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: management of multiple digital marketing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally with Gravity Haus brands to conceptualize, produce, build and report on business-specific campaigns.

The Hospitality Marketing Manager will coordinate the collection/production of assets needed to execute each business’ marketing plan and will be integral to amplifying the Gravity Haus story and brand awareness across all paid and organic channels, including: paid search, display, social, email and web.

Additional responsibilities include: keyword research and management, analytics and tracking, campaign implementation, bid and budget management, landing page performance analysis, and campaign reporting. This teammate will be expected to improve paid and organic media campaigns efficiency and increase conversions.

What You’ll Do…

  • Develop and execute hotel focused ‘heads in beds’ campaigns.
  • Develop and execute group sales campaigns for hotel stays.
  • Develop and execute amenity, F&B and spa focused campaigns.
  • Own the hotel communications journey from booking through stay to after stay drip.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
  • Work alongside property GMs and SVP Operations to manage and build marketing budgets at each locations.
  • Build and foster 3rd party relationships for press coverage, influencer coverage and audit to ensure the 3rd party is legitimate with audience and reach prior to partnering
  • Own and execute paid and organic hotel focused social media campaigns
  • Own and execute paid and organic food + beverage outlet focused social media campaigns
  • Own and execute paid and organic spa and amenity focused social media campaigns
  • Own hotel guest focused Haus Quiver marketing campaigns.
  • Create connection between paid ads and the CRM to deliver meaningful analytics and reporting
  • Build detailed reports in Hubspot to showcase behaviors of leads generated by campaign
  • Design and implement personalized lead journeys in the CRM based on their campaign conversion
  • Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous A/B testing of emails, ad copy and landing pages
  • Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined budget objectives for CPM, CPL and CAC
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Education and Experience…

  • High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • 4+ years in a content-related marketing role
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

Physical Requirements…

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regular travel to various properties and events to collect content for each location and brand. Current locations include: Vail, Breckenridge, Winter Park, Steamboat, Aspen, and Tahoe-Truckee.
