Horticulturist/Container Gardener

Marzilli & Company is an award-winning professional landscape firm that builds and maintains the highest end residential landscapes in the Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, and Rhode Island/Eastern Connecticut areas. Our teams are passionate about their work and dedicated to the landscape profession. Due to ongoing growth and the demand of our clients for these specific services, we are seeking an experienced Horticulturist who has a strong passion for annuals, perennials, container gardening and seasonal color (quarterly change outs).
The Horticulturist/Container Gardener is a highly skilled professional in the practice of the design and procurement of all annual floral color/holiday decor displays in an extremely high-end residential market. Candidates must have the ability to design, estimate, procure, schedule, install and invoice all annual/holiday containers and displays. The Horticulturist/Container Gardener will also assist the horticultural crews on installations.
We require 2+ years of professional seasonal color design/installation, extensive knowledge of annuals, perennials and cut greens, as well as a valid driver's license.
