Homecare Float Nurse (RN or LPN) Job at Maxim Healthcare Group
Maxim Healthcare Services is looking for qualified RNs and LPNs to work as a Float Nurse / Transition Nurse to aide new families/patients home from the hospital for the first time. When our patients go home from the hospital and start homecare for the first time it can be a scary and overwhelming experience. Our Float Nurse / Transition Nurse is there to make the transition home easier for the family. Maxim's Float Nurse / Transition Nurse will work with a client for a maximum of 60 days, where they will then transition to a new family.
Job Expectations:
- Full time (32 or 40 hours per week)
- RN or LPN available for 2 shift types (days & nights, evenings & nights...etc.)
- RN or LPN available for 1 weekend shift per week (any shift type)
- RN or LPN must have consistent schedule/availability
- Scheduled weekly call with office
- Willing to commute/travel up to 45 minutes
