Overview:

The Salary Plus model guarantees a minimum base salary which is supplemented with additional compensation in the form of a bonus based on personal productivity. The base salary for this role starts at $58,000 annually. The stretch goal production model will offer a bonus for exceeding certain thresholds. Full-Time Home Health RN for the
Greenwood, MS area (serving Leflore, Carroll, and Holmes counties).
Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients and their families, and a referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for and participates in the coordination of care.
This position will be compensated on a Salary Plus model. Salary ranges $58,000 to $75,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Furnishes those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
- Counsels the patient, caregiver and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Uses infection control measures that protect both the staff and the patient.
- Coordinates services. Informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the patient’s condition and needs.
- Communicates with all physicians involved in the plan of care and other health care practitioners (as appropriate) related to the current plan of care.
- Integrates orders from all relevant physicians involved into the plan of care and ensures the orders are approved by the responsible physician.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Associate Nursing degree.
- Valid Mississippi RN license.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to successfully complete required background check and drug screen.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience, home health experience preferred.
