Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift - 13-Week Contract
Job Summary: As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your focus will be on promoting wellness, managing chronic conditions, and supporting patient independence. This is a day shift position with a 5x8-hour schedule, providing coverage from 08:00 to 17:00.

- Patient Population: Homebound patients requiring nursing care
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Tennessee or compact license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in home health care, with specific experience in wound care
- Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) charting system
- Ability to provide comprehensive nursing care, including wound care management
- Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
Additional Information:
- This is a 13-week contract position in home health care
- The nurse will work day shifts from Monday to Friday, covering 40 hours per week
- Required certifications include TN RN or compact license in good standing and BLS certification
