Our goal is to make sure our clients receive the help they need from compassionate aides who want to put their whole heart into their work.

We are looking passionate, patient, loving, caring people to join our MECA Team. We cover the Tri-county area: Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester; along with Colleton County. We need Aides that are willing to travel to our clients' homes and proved them with excellent care.

Requirements:

  • Background Check (SLED)
  • Drug Sreen (5 Panel)
  • PPD (TB Screening)
  • CPR Certification

Job Duties:

  • Bathing
  • Feeding
  • Toileting
  • Medication Reminders
  • Companionship
  • ALD's
  • Activities
  • Grocery Shopping
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Doctor Appointments (if we provide the transportation we will need you to present your insurance card)
  • Some other duties as needed

We are also looking to find an RN (we will pay $30/hr/per visit) who is willing to help out when we get new clients. The RN has to do an assessment to match the care plan before the Aide can go into the home. The nurse has to do an initial 30 day visit, and then an every 4 month visit with the client.

We will be conducting interviews Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 and 2. We look forward to meeting with you soon!
