Interim Healthcare Services of NEPA is seeking experienced Home Care Aides HCAs to care for our home-bound clients in Carbondale, PA and the surrounding areas.

We have proudly served clients in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wayne, Wyoming, and Susquehanna Counties for over 30 years. Interim Healthcare provides 24/7 care, 7 days per week, offering candidates the opportunity and flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
Compensation and Benefits for the Home Health Aide (HHA):
- Per Diem; with opportunity to work up to 40 hours
- Location: Carbondale, pa area
- Hours: early morning, late morning, evening
- $13 - $14 per hour; determined per case
- Health Insurance
- Referral Bonus Program
- Weekly Pay via paper check or direct deposit
The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides hands-on personal care, reports changes in the patient’s/client’s condition, performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provides incidental/instrumental activities of daily living as assigned to patients/clients in the home setting as permitted by the policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and any other federal, state and local law or regulation.
Minimum Requirements of the Home Health Aide (HHA):
- Must Eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience in a similar role; required
- CPR certification; required
- Reliable form of transportation; required
- MUST be willing to undergo pre-employment screenings
