Our clients schedules and needs are ever-changing. We currently serve the following communities: San Jose, Campbell, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, AND Gilroy! We encourage you to apply, onboard, and complete your state requirements to get you fast-tracked to pair with the next client who needs help in your community.

Pick your OWN schedule! Select days and times that work with your busy life--add on PM shifts to increase your hours to FT, or work shifts you select! Help & Care has a fantastic flexible team dedicated to employee happiness and longevity.

Requirements:

• Passionate for Caregving
• 1 year of professional OR personal experience
• Undergo and pass a Background Check ~ Reimbursable upon hire!
• Register with the State of California as a Home Care Aide ~ Reimbursable upon hire!
• Valid TB Test within 90 days of employment

• Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Memory Care Experience
• Incontinence Care Experience
• Hoyer Lift, Gait Belt Transfer Experience
