Heavy Equipment Operator Job at Wood Brothers Trucking and Construction
Wood Brothers Trucking and Construction is seeking experienced Equipment Operator. Equipment Operators will be working on civil and commercial construction, subdivisions, parking lot and road building projects. We are an established commercial and residential construction contractor in the Treasure Valley. Pay will Depend on Experience.
Job Requirements
- 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in the construction of roads, building pads, and commercial/civil projects. Experience in finish grade operation of motor graders. sewer, water, and storm drain installs or related work. (Must be able to read blueprints, staking and work in Tenths)
-Transportation to and from job site
-Self driven with the ability to work unsupervised
-Experience with TopCon, Trimble, or Leica GPS systems preferred
-CDL preferred but not mandatory
Responsible for
- Safe operation multiple pieces of equipment (Grader, Dozer, Excavator, Loader Etc.)
-Keep equipment cleaned, fueled and greased
-Safely dig around underground utilities
