OBJECTIVE:
To maintain the school building in order to provide students and staff with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and
Efficient place in which to teach, learn, play, and develop.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the basic techniques of maintenance, carpentry, and sometimes ground maintenance
- Able to supervise and schedule custodial staff
- Knowledge of requirements for maintaining school buildings in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
- Three years of experience in building maintenance preferred though not required
- Ability to pass a criminal background/fingerprint check ($66 fee)
START DATE: As soon as possible
WAGES: $17.91 – $19.77 per hour (DOE and per OSEA Union Agreement)
