Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Hardscape Foreman to lead our team of hardscape professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of hardscape features, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor living spaces. The Hardscape Foreman will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation of hardscape features, including but not limited to patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor living spaces.

• Supervise a team of hardscape professionals and provide guidance and training as needed.

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications, and ensure that work is performed in accordance with them.

• Ensure that all work is completed safely and to a high standard of quality.

• Order materials and equipment needed for each project and ensure that they are delivered to the job site.

• Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including daily progress reports, and materials used.

• Communicate with the Project Manager to keep them informed of project status, including any issues or delays that arise.

• Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardscaping.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

• Knowledge of hardscaping materials and techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.

• Ability to operate equipment, such as skid steers and excavators.
