We are looking for a Part-time Guest Services Host to make our guests feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our conference center. Responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms and informing them about the conference center's facilities, provide excellent customer service and a memorable hospitality experience for our guests. Candidates for this position are required to assist various departments and must be physically able to walk around the facility (2+ miles a day). The position requires public speaking from time to time on group arrival days and general receptionist duties, which include answering and forwarding incoming phone calls, providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, and performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
Applicant must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, laminators, etc.) are required. The position requires working Tuesday (4-8:30 PM), Wednesday (4-8:30 PM), Saturday (8 AM -12:30 PM), Sunday (8 AM -12:30 PM).

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
