Group Facilitator Job at Medfords Family Services LLC
A Group Facilitator is responsible for leading and facilitating group discussions, activities, and events. The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Developing and implementing group agendas and objectives.
2. Encouraging active participation and communication among group members.
3. Mediating group discussions and resolving conflicts.
4. Leading group activities and exercises to meet group goals and objectives.
5. Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all group participants.
6. Evaluating group & documentation for all group members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
