Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker Job at The Bradford Apartments
The Bradford Apartments Lafayette, LA 70508
To be responsible under the direction of the property manager and maintenance supervisor for the appearance of the grounds as well as maintenance of good housekeeping standards in the common areas and vacant apartments. Assist maintenance supervisor and maintenance techs with additional tasks on as needed basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Other duties may be assigned that are not included below)
Daily sweeping and trash pick-up in the parking lot and grassy areas to assure a constant litter-free and well-maintained property.
Daily cleaning of the swimming pool area, testing and maintenance of the pool water according to local Health Department specifications; adding and mixing chemicals as needed.
Daily cleaning of the laundry room or other common areas/amenities.
Distribute printed material as required by the manager and assist the maintenance staff whenever possible.
Trash out of vacated units as directed by the manager and maint. supervisor.
Show concern for work-safety program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
