Recycle Minnesota, a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire Grounds Maintenance Personnel to join our GROWING team in Lakeville, Minnesota

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Regularly monitor and maintain cleanliness of Recycle Minnesota and Dick's Sanitation Grounds.

•Work in tandem with Recycle Minnesota and Dick's Sanitation employees to ensure a safe working environment for all.

•Continuously communicate with site leadership in order to ensure objectives are met.

•Collect litter and build temporary wind fences to prevent litter from escaping property grounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
•Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.
•Work environment involves some exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts. Which require following basic safety precautions.
•The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and/or humid conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration. Noise level is usually moderate.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Valid driver's license.
•Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
•Ability to work Monday – Friday with some Saturdays. Approximately 50 hours a week with paid overtime.
