And you’d be instrumental in helping us take advantage of our newly designed responsive website and CMS, coming later this summer.

Graphic Designer Description:

Designs and produces high-quality digital and print creative and marketing communications for all areas of the company and for the general public in the desired time frame that reflect and strengthen Warners’ Stellian brand and drive company sales.

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

• Conceptualizes, designs, lays out and produces digital and print designs, displays, promotional materials, website content, emails, in-store signage and advertising content
• Manages production deadlines and schedules
• Interacts with vendors to ensure best prices and quality and effectively resolve problems
• Reviews proofs and final layouts to ensure quality output
• Collaborates with team members to support their needs
• Assists in managing the company’s content and asset library
• Edits and updates marketing materials
• Publishes content on various company-owned channels
• Stays up-to-date with design and marketing trends and best practices
• Completes special projects as assigned

Graphic Designers must have:

• Skill in creative design
• Demonstrated experience publishing Wordpress landing pages and understanding of HTML
• Ability to build compelling emails using WYSIWYG editors
• Comfortable copywriting and proofing creative as needed
• Working knowledge of video editing (animation skills a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities using organizational skills
• Demonstrates outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including reading and writing in English
• Demonstrates active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
• Has good attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work and documentation
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change, including working independently and working on cross-functional teams
• Ability to be consistent and reliable with attendance, work product, and service level
• Proficient in product knowledge needed for the role

Job Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ graphic design experience in a corporate or advertising environment
• Graphic design, art, design, communications or marketing degree preferred but not required

Physical Demands:

• Frequent sitting, standing, computer and phone use
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• May occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to use Mac platform comfortably, including email, internet, data entry, company software systems with training
