At The Creative Bar, we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to great work. We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent design skills to help us elevate that work as our full-time, in-house Graphic Designer.

We need you to bring your passion, skill, and knowledge of design to help us grow. We’re looking for a creative self-starter with excellent graphic design skills to help us elevate our work. We want someone who isn’t afraid to take risks, push boundaries, and experiment with new techniques. Qualified candidates MUST be a good cultural fit, so traveling with the team on retreats, enjoying monthly BBQs, and having a favorite cocktail is a must.

Experience/Education:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or Communications
• 4+ years experience in professional graphic design
• Stellar online portfolio/samples of previous design projects
• Advanced proficiency with all aspects of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position and you will be required to work in our Murrieta, CA location two set days per week following our hybrid remote schedule.
