Our Vision
Stefans has been at the center of soccer culture since the mid 1960's. Starting from one store servicing a few players and clubs, to multiple stores around Milwaukee and Madison with thousands of players and dozens of clubs, high schools and colleges.
Now with a new facility designed to house state of the art multi-use VersaCamm machines, vinyl cutters, heat press machines and more, we thrive to produce the highest quality product with precise accuracy and speed.
The Role
Would you like to join a fast-paced, hands-on graphics production team who uniforms the Midwest with custom soccer apparel? We are looking for a motivated individual who can perform their duty with high attention to detail and with accuracy.
The role will be part of a team who designs and produces the clubs' identity through apparel. You will help assist in important job roles such as job creation, mock-ups, make artwork production-ready, and uniform embellishment. This position will respond to a team production manager and help provide the visual graphics/artwork for Stefans Soccer.
Key Skills
- Good eye for design and typography
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivated individual who takes initiative for hands-on jobs
- Graphic design experience required (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw)
- Perform a high level of organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design production ready artwork files
- Set up screen printing, heat application and embroidery jobs
- Perform tasks such as weeding, cutting and masking
- Organize production reports and cut personalization
- Create/apply visual graphics for in-store promotional needs
- Provide any graphics need for team production
Compensation range (dependent on experience):
Awesome work environment and co-workers! Enjoy the benefits of a family-owned business, with owners on premises to support you. This is a full-time position. Compensation: Based on experience, range $19/hr - $25/hr.
