Responsibilities

  • Gathers data to create spreadsheets and/or reports.
  • Processes forms for the department.
  • Maintains filing systems.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answers, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls.
  • Performs data entry, scanning, scheduling of meetings and other general office duties as assigned.
  • May receive payments and prepare receipts for routine fees and bills, as well as verifies the collected monies against cash register tapes, and statements.

  • Effect time management that ensures all duties are completed in a time effective manner.
  • Ability to assist frustrated customers in a professional, courteous manner while trying to help solve their problems.
