Our client is looking for a General Laborer to join their mission in committing to innovative design, exceptional customer service, and the best manufacturing practices to provide high quality, value added packaging. The ideal candidate will be able to work in wet and humid environments and must be able to work overtime when needed (including weekends). Read details below to ensure this is the right job for you!

• Location: North Salt Lake
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm, Friday 5:00am-11:00am
• Pay Rate: $16 an hour

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Meet safety, quality, reliability, & profitability goals
• Adhere to production schedule
• Make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality, & service goals
• Comfortable in working in wet/humid environments
• Able to operate safely around exposed moving mechanical parts
• Able to wear Steel Toe Safety Shoes
• Good attendance is mandatory

Qualifications:

• Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume, and rate
• Able to lift 50 - 100 lbs
• Able to work in loud environments
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy
• 6 months experience in the Press or Finishing Department & corrugated industry preferred
