General Maintainer Job at COUNCIL FOR AIRPORT OPPORTUNITY
Council for Airport Opportunity (CAO) is a non-profit organization that supports the airport community with its talent acquisition needs. CAO has a proven track record for sourcing and staffing the right talent for top companies at JFK, Newark, and LaGuardia Airports. The General Maintainer will work onsite at EWR Airport.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize trade field skills and knowledge—carpentry, landscaping, painting, paving, roofing, snow removal for commercial property, gardening, structural and mechanical maintenance.
- Must have knowledge of materials, tools, blueprint reading and equipment of these trades.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Driver's License with the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class B permit before the first day of work
- 2+ years of journey-level work experience in the building construction or general laborer fields
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
