We are currently seeking a General Laborer to join our team! You will be report to our Director of Maintenance and help with a variety of needs from property care to appliance delivery. This position is entry level for those looking to get into maintenance, trades or related fields. This position will be located in the Dane County surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion
- Assist with routine preventative maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Assist with supply runs and material drop off
- Assist with upgrading and updating of apartment units during turnovers
- Additional special projects help as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform maintenance duties
- Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to travel up to 15 miles (mileage reimbursement)
- Valid Driver's License, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Own a cellphone (smartphone)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
