Responsibilities:

• Prepping lots for homes, including providing runners or working with ABS/gravel sets.
• Demo and site cleanup.
• Setting new homes. Including: spotting the homes, blocking/strapping/leveling, water and sewer tie-in, connecting electric, installing skirting and decks.
• Repair and maintenance of park infrastructure including water and sewer lines.
• Setting up of playgrounds and other amenities.
• Landscaping, and tree cutting.
• Plumbing and minor electrical are a plus
• Regularly performs maintenance jobs and light repairs
• Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance workers
• Able to resolve complaints quickly and efficiently
• Being resourceful, self-motivated, and flexible
• Complete general cleaning and maintenance
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the park that needs repair
