Job Title: Light Industrial - General Labor III
Location: New Milford, CT
Duration: 9 months contract
Shift Details: Hours are: 7am-3pm, Monday- Friday
Pay Range:$20-21/hr
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
PAINTER – WAREHOUSE
· Will be using templates to tape and paint the lines and numbers on the warehouse floor, also painting stop signs, etc. Using paint rollers, not sprayers.
· Must have some painting experience required. Handyman with painting experience would be ideal.
· Resource must provide their own steel toes boots, will be provided with other PPE that must be worn on the warehouse floor.
· Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
· Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
· May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedureswithin a particular field.
· Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
· Works under immediate supervision.
· Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
