While our team is cross-trained, we have specific areas each team member focuses on. This position primarily focuses on handling the schedules, stats, and coordination of active patients (patients who are currently receiving care in our office).

Daily responsibilities include:

• Interacting with and creating meaningful connections with a wide variety of people, personalities, and moods every day. You will be at the front desk.
• Handling all the aspects of patient care coordination - keeping track of missed appointments, follow up calls, rescheduling appointments, holding patients accountable to stay on track with their care recommendations, tracking at-home care recommendations, answering phones, etc.
• Computer tasks and phone calls (data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, inter-office communication etc.).
• Assisting with community outreach and marketing events - development, organization, and execution of
• Promoting current internal marketing goals - asking for referrals, encouraging patients to enter giveaways, etc.
• During patient appointments - Performing and Interpreting Insight Nervous System Scans (unique technology that tells us how each patient’s body is functioning), educating patients about the health and wellness benefits of regular Chiropractic care (training is provided).

Schedule:

Mon/Wed/Thurs: 9am-1pm, 2pm-6:30pm

Tues: 7am-1pm

Up to 2 weekends per month - hours vary - approximately 4-6hrs/day (not every month)

Pay:

Hourly pay starting at $18. Generous bonuses when practice goals are met can bring you to $19-$21+

Other musts:

• Must be comfortable working with people every day - this job is NOT remote
• Must be able to travel up to 2 times per year for training by plane and/or car
• Must be 18+
• Must have your own form of transportation
• Must be comfortable with computers and technology
