Full Time Line or Part Time Line Cook Job at The Chatham Club
The Chatham Club Savannah, GA 31401
The Chatham Club is now accepting applications for a full time and/or part time Line Cooks!
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of cooking experience in a fine dining or club environment and be available for day, evening and weekend shifts.
Part Time shift availability: 4-5 Lunches or 3-4 Dinners per week
Full Time shift availability: Minimum of 7 shifts (Lunches/Dinners combined) per week
Must be able to work well with a team, have neat appearance and good communication skills.
Other skills/qualifications include:
· The ability to stand and work for extended periods of time
· Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
· Ability to cook meat to temperature
· Proficient in handling knives and other kitchen tools
· Familiarity with vegetable prep, cooking starches, and basic sauce work
· Knowledge in meat and fish butchery is a plus
