Hotel Shuttle Driver
Drives property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations such as the airport, hotel, area businesses and destinations within a 5 mile radius. Greets guests and assists them with luggage.

Responsibilities:
  • Smile
  • Operates and maintains transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy
  • Maintains defensive driving
  • Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Performs minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary; fueling the vehicles and ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported
  • Assists passengers and handicapped guests in and out of the vehicle
  • Keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside
  • Responds immediately to accident or medical emergencies by notifying emergency response providers, and rendering First Aid until emergency personnel arrive
  • Provides other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Educational/Vocational Preparation:
A High School Diploma/GED is required.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Requires ability to communicate in a positive and service oriented manner both orally and in writing to guests and members of the maintenance/hotel staff/ guests
  • Able to lift 50 pounds infrequently
  • Requires ability to perform light to heavy physical labor: Lifting, Bending, Reaching, Stretching, Pushing and Pulling
  • Requires ability to sit for significant periods of time.
  • This position involves a high degree of social skills and ability to perform work under pressure.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant, positive and helpful demeanor
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
