Full Time Direct Care Worker
Position Farmington, PA
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM ~ 4:00 PM
Alert Female Client with a sweet disposition
Requires the use of a Hoyer lift for transfers, in office and within home training will be provided
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Standard Hygiene Practices
Meal Prep
Medication Reminders
Basic ADL Assistance
There is a task list within the home to eliminate any questions as to what is expected
*Please only apply if you are comfortable with animals and are good with conversation and verbal motivation*
Pay starts at $12.50/hr. with reviews for increase with every 400 hours worked until $13.75/hr. is reached.
Annual reviews take place after $13.75/hr. is obtained.
Full Time employees are eligible for benefits including accruing PTO and Birthday PTO after 30 days of Full Time.
