Requirements
Starting wage of $12.50 - $14 per hour. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a full time job working at our 2 facilities. You will be working at both locations.
Full Time Benefits ALSO include 90% of health insurance paid, paid holidays AND 401k matching.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Friendly engagement with the customer by phone and in person.
- Must be able to multitask with customer communication, phones, and software.
- Solve problems by proactively finding solutions.
- Being a team player.
- Completion of required training.
- Ability to professionally answer customer questions regarding policies and curriculum.
- Gain knowledge of JackRabbit software.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Caring and compassion for families.
- The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attitude and willingness to be coached.
- Ability to stand at the front desk for periods of up to 6 hours.
- The ability to commit to 1 year of employment .
- The ability to work a consistent schedule and Saturdays until 4:30pm.
