Full Time ADOT/Physical Therapy Assistant Job at Rivetus Rehabilitation

As our team continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a full-time Assistant Director of Therapy (ADOT). This assistant director will provide oversight and direction to all rehabilitation staff to recognize the goals, visions, and expectations of Rivetus Rehabilitation. You will work closely and under the direction of the director of therapy, performing various management activities such as program development, quality assurance, and promotion of customer service.

- License Fee Reimbursement
- Provides leadership and direction to interdisciplinary team for patient discharge planning, following Medicare guidelines
- Reviews clinical documentation (including MDS assessments) in relation to Medicare guidelines, discharge planning and insurance requirements
- Supervises the rehabilitation department in the absence of the Director of Therapy
- State License for PTA
- Two years clinical experience, including one year ( preferred) in a supervisory capacity
