Full charge bookkeeper for a busy apt complex office
Verifiable work references a must
5 years VERIFIABLE experience as :
(1) Full Charge Bookkeeper
AND
(2) Quickbooks Online experience a must
Verifiable Appfolio experience a big plus
Must be willing to help out at the front reception desk
Must be familiar with Excel
Job Responsibilities and description
1) Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & Outlook
2) Manage A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, payroll, W/C certificates of insurance
3) Review security reports, detail oriented, busy office with phones & walkie-talkies
4) Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and work under pressure
5) Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
6) Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
7) Knowledge of general office procedures, such as copying, faxing, scanning, filing and shredding.
8) Create and maintain employees files including contact information, payroll salary or rate information, and related employment data, such as W-4s and other new hire paperwork
