Fulfillment Associate - North Las Vegas Job at Thrive Cannabis Marketplace

Our Fulfillment team helps deliver the high level customer experience we strive for by expediting order delivery. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have high attention to detail, and excel in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill in-store and online orders
- Operate the Company’s Point of Sale system effectively and accurately
- Ensure accurate order information, both physically and electronically
- Multi-tasks to ensure online menus are accurate while maintaining an efficient flow of orders
- Assist in the inventory department when necessary
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures
- Assess and communicate ways to improve the fulfillment operation when necessary
- Must maintain excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Maintaining clean and tidy fulfillment areas
- Maintains appropriate knowledge of all applicable state and local laws and regulations, as well as processes in accordance with The Cannabis Compliance Board and Dispensary policies and procedures
- Adhere to state regulations on purchase limits
- Communicates with dispensary agents to facilitate an orderly customer flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned by Retail Store Manager
Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Mac-based software and internet navigation
- Ability to be on your feet for a full 8 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Must be able to obtain work cards at all times
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to be on your feet up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Ability to sit, bend and stand for extended amounts of time
- Ability to be in front of a monitor throughout the shift
Requirements:
- Must be age 21 or older
- Ability to obtain required state and city work cards
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
