Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently fulfill in-store and online orders

• Operate the Company’s Point of Sale system effectively and accurately

• Ensure accurate order information, both physically and electronically

• Multi-tasks to ensure online menus are accurate while maintaining an efficient flow of orders

• Assist in the inventory department when necessary

• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures

• Assess and communicate ways to improve the fulfillment operation when necessary

• Must maintain excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Maintaining clean and tidy fulfillment areas

• Maintains appropriate knowledge of all applicable state and local laws and regulations, as well as processes in accordance with The Cannabis Compliance Board and Dispensary policies and procedures

• Adhere to state regulations on purchase limits

• Communicates with dispensary agents to facilitate an orderly customer flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

• Other duties as assigned by Retail Store Manager

• Proficiency in Mac-based software and internet navigation

• Ability to be on your feet for a full 8 hour shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed

• Must be able to obtain work cards at all times

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet up to 10 hours

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed

• Ability to sit, bend and stand for extended amounts of time

• Ability to be in front of a monitor throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Must be age 21 or older

• Ability to obtain required state and city work cards

• High school diploma or equivalent
