Hello! This is the Country Inn & Suites Bensenville. We are an airport property, as the hotel is 5.5mil from Chicago International O'Hare airport.

We are seeking to hire a Front Office Manager (FOM) for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

FOM will have opportunity to grow for AGM position.

Prefer at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience.

Must be fluent on the Opera PMS System at the front desk.

Must have a passion for Hospitality Industry.

Must be able to follow direction & adapt to a new environment.

Must be willing to get required training certification.

Must be flexible with the schedule.

Here's what we expect from FOM:

--Must be available to fulfill shift if a front desk is sick or cannot come to his/her shift. Availability on Fridays/Saturday/Sunday.

--Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to engage with guests. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction

--Build a delightful company culture within the hotel.

--Ensure your team are properly trained on systems, security, service and quality standards

--Oversee night audit function

--Develop plans to increase occupancy and ADR through walk-ins and upselling at the front desk

--Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty

--Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration, plus 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including management experience.

--Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
